The short version: this website has no contact form, no accounts, and none of our own analytics or advertising trackers. It's delivered through our hosting provider, which handles standard technical data to serve and protect the site. If you call, text, or email us, or send your details through one of our Facebook forms, we use that information to talk with you about homes.
Who we are
Latka Group is a real-estate brand operated under BSD Investment Holdings LLC. Properties featured on this website are owned by separate property companies. Homes are listed with Beach City Realty. You can reach us at (305) 741-5270 or [email protected].
What we collect
- This website has no forms or accounts, and we don't run our own analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies on it.
- Hosting: the site is delivered by our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard technical data - such as IP addresses and traffic information - to serve and protect the site. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that handling.
- If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we keep your contact details and what you tell us so we can respond.
- Through our Facebook forms: if you fill in one of our Facebook lead forms, Facebook shares with us your name, phone number, email address (if you choose to add it), and your answer about when you'd like to view the home. Facebook's own privacy policy covers what Facebook does with your information.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and arrange home viewings.
- To follow up about homes you've asked about, by phone, text, email, or Messenger.
Who we share it with
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- Service providers that run our site and ads - Cloudflare hosts this website, and Meta (Facebook) delivers our lead forms - handle limited technical or form data as part of those services.
- If you ask about a listed home, we may share your contact details with our listing broker (Beach City Realty) so a viewing can be arranged.
Links to other sites
Our site links to Zillow and other websites we don't control. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
